Governance
Governance structure
All three education settings operate under the governance of Kisharon Langdon, with a dedicated Education Committee responsible for oversight, strategy and compliance - including Ofsted readiness across all provisions.
Scheme of delegation
The scheme of delegation sets out clearly how decisions are made across the partnership; what sits with the Board of Trustees, what is delegated to the Education Committee, and what is the responsibility of each setting's senior leadership team.
