A place where people thrive

"Working at Kisharon Langdon changed how I see my career. I came in thinking it was a job — I quickly realised it's a vocation. Watching the people we support grow in confidence is something I'll carry with me forever."

— Support Worker, Supported Living

"The management here actually listen. When I had ideas about how to improve our weekly activities, they gave me the space and the support to make them happen. That kind of trust means everything."

— Activities Coordinator, Day Services

"I've worked in the sector for over a decade, and I've never felt as valued as I do here. There's a real warmth — from colleagues, from families, from the people we support. It's a genuinely special organisation."

— Service Manager, North West London

A Day in the Life

No two days look the same — and that's what makes it special

You might start the morning supporting someone to prepare breakfast in their own kitchen, helping them build the confidence and independence that comes from doing things for themselves. By lunchtime, you could be at a community event, watching one of the people you support shine on a dance floor or strike up a conversation with a neighbour they've never spoken to before. In the afternoon, it might be a planning meeting — thinking about what goals someone has shared with you and how you can help make them real. And in those small, quiet moments in between, you'll find the real heart of this work: a smile of recognition, a proud achievement, a joke shared. At Kisharon Langdon, every day is different, meaningful, and genuinely rewarding.
