A journey of learning

Kisharon Langdon's education partnership brings together nursery, school and college, creating a clear and supported pathway from early years through to adulthood.

A shared approach to learning

Kisharon Langdon's high-quality educational provision provides a seamless transition through all the key stages of learning, bringing much stability to the pupils' and students' we support and their families.

Our nursery, school and college offer stimulating and dynamic learning environments where pupils' individual needs are met, and their talents nurtured. Our highly skilled teachers and specialists ensure there are no barriers to progression and equip every pupil with the confidence and skills to lead active and fulfilling lives in the future.

All three individual settings are part of the wider Kisharon Langdon family. That means pupils' can benefit from continuity of education, a shared ethos, and genuine pathways between stages from their very first days in our nursery to post-16 learning and transition into adult life.

Our vision and values

Our education partnership is built on one belief: that every child and young person, whatever their needs, deserves an education that helps them flourish in school, in community, and in life.

Our values

  • Inclusion: Every learner belongs, and every voice matters.
  • Ambition: We set high expectations and give learners the support to meet them.
  • Partnership: Families are central. We work with parents and carers, not just for them.
  • Jewish identity: Shabbat, Chaggim and Jewish culture are woven into daily life across all settings.
  • Continuity: Our three settings share a common thread — learners move between them with confidence.

What we are working towards

As an education partnership, we have six shared objectives that guide decisions across all three settings.

1

Provide inclusive education for learners with learning disabilities and autism from early years through to adulthood.

2

Support each learner's personal development — building skills, confidence and independence at every stage.

3

Create clear, supported pathways between settings so learners transition with confidence and continuity.

4

Embed Jewish identity and values throughout all three provisions as a natural part of everyday life.

5

Work in genuine partnership with families — sharing information, involving parents and building trust.

6

Meet the highest standards of safeguarding, governance and compliance — including full transparency with Ofsted.
