Purposeful work, meaningful impact
Our Enterprise Team is a group of dedicated individuals we support, who are regularly commissioned to take on a wide range of purposeful projects throughout the year.
Their work includes preparing and packaging products for community initiatives, volunteering opportunities and bespoke commissions. From packing confectionery and recipe kits for the chagim to be sold in Equal — Kisharon's Gift & Homeware Store, assembling Pesach kits for the Armed Forces Jewish Community, and volunteering weekly to pack food parcels for the United Synagogue's Chesed programme, the team makes a meaningful contribution across many areas. They also support large-scale community events such as Etgar, labelling over 1,000 packs of sweets each year, and volunteer for Bedside Kosher.
Within Kisharon Langdon, the team is often commissioned to create personalised gifts for staff, including Rosh Hashanah packages and awards for long service or outstanding contribution. Each project offers opportunities to build skills, foster teamwork, and deliver work that is valued and impactful.
